I have a diagnosis of #mortonsneuroma on my left foot. surgery is my doctors go-to and I am doing all I can to heal this nerve in the ball of my foot. it’s tricky! I’m only wearing wide toe box shoes and acupuncture and reflexology are being heavily invested. Toe stretches and massaging foot with foot massager and lifts in shoes. These shoes from #vivobarefoot ❤️ 🙏 THIS WILL NOT CONQUER ME!

I ordered one! I was taught this summer how to make it sing and I was healed! no not completely healed but a little bit healed. There is power in these bowls. I just ordered a small bowl. I may have singing bowl meditation parties or gatherings along with my Healing Touch and Quantum Touch training.
