For me to continue swimming laps for several more years I have determined that I must have a strength training program.

I always go to the solid steady tried and true Harvard Health website to get any kind of exercises for myself. I taped to the door the 5 strength exercises as there is no app. These were tested in 2008 but they are solid dumbbell workouts.

Here are the ones I am working on and in one day I felt my pinch-y shoulder and weak left arm become strong. It is all about the neck. If my shoulders are hurting what is my neck doing?
