Writing in notebooks may seem “old-school” but I use them for journaling every morning.
Please do not underestimate the power of these writing books.
Since 2013 I have been writing 3 full pages each morning. I write from my stream of consciousness – as I journal long hand with a pen and paper It has been a mental health cure for many things that I have had to deal with.
I call my 3 pages each morning, my therapist as I solve problems just by getting them off my mind and onto paper.
I like the lined pages when I write. When I am done writing I tear out the pages and burn them. Which ever works for you. Some people keep their journal writing.
