my 5 most restful-relaxing things to do

  1. crafting and having to cut things out and glue on paper
  2. placing a soft pillow on top of my thighs as I read or take a nap or watch a movie
  3. doing the Astronaut pose for 20 minutes ( my back loves it)
  4. sitting in an infrared sauna
  5. sitting on a pillow and meditating for 3 minutes (it’s all I need)
