The aging gracefully statement is now serious business as I enter into the last half of my sixties. I caused a strong ache and stiffness in my back that has made me stop my exercise classes for now.
It could of happened during aquacise at the pool or a yoga stretch over done or lifting something too heavy.
I am fortunate to be able to afford massages when I need them.
When massage is only a temporary fix I do these 3 things:
- thermal heat wrap or infrared sauna (I have an infrared sauna)
- foam roller on my back
- I find the cat-cow stretch (some call it cat-camel stretch) the best

I am on the mend now and will remember to pace myself better. (famous last words for me).
Take care with yourself.
