The buildings we forget

I am becoming intrigued with old buildings which are just a few miles from my home. I travel with someone when I take these pictures as the highway stops and the approaches are tricky to find and get onto.

It is somewhat creepy as well to get close to these buildings. Some properties with old buildings on them are signed with “no trespassing”.

The big barn below was signed with “no trespassing” at the approach from the highway. I had to take the photo looking back as we drove away.

These pics I used my automatic 35 mm Nikon Coolpix B500.

‘those were the days’

‘standing square and strong’

‘Going Down’

(reminds me of Dorothy’s house after the tornado, from The Wizard of Oz musical movie.)

‘coloured tiles’
