I play this tapping meditation of only not even 4 minutes long several times a month. It keeps me present .

Overthinking things is a sure way to head in that place of worry.

it dawned on me that the amount of time I spend on thinking about what I said, what she said, what I did, what they did or ….thinking of what might go wrong but never does.

I just do this tapping regularly to keep me off the overthinking track!
