I have high blood pressure. I have had high blood pressure for 20 years.

Last September I signed up for the emotional freedom technique of tapping on the head and upper body to release tension and provide emotional peace.

I kept choosing different tapping sessions, one per day, and I now have lowered my blood pressure. I am on blood pressure medication and have been for years. I figured there must be a way to reduce the blood pressure numbers because I have learned it is an emotional pressure.

This tapping technique takes 8 to 10 minutes a day and you do it sitting in your recliner or anywhere you are comfortable. These tapping methods are brilliant and are guided by Nick Ortner, Jessica Ortner and sometimes Tony Robbins. You can google those names for reference to who they are.

Tapping reduces the cortisol levels in your brain which is a stressor hormone.

Think of cortisol as natures built-in alarm system. It’s your body’s stress hormone. It works with certain parts of your brain to control your mood, motivation and fear. It is worth looking up Cortisol and what it is and does.

Just talking here and sharing what it has done for me.
