Are you a health fit person who believes in drinking lots of water throughout the day. This was an interesting read from my chiropractor who posted info about how much water to consume.

I do drink water but I notice that after a few glasses my urine is clear for the rest of the day. My dietician says if your pee is a mellow yellow that is good. Too much water consumption depletes those minerals that the body needs.
There is water in fruit and milk and veggies, bone broth that will give you that water without depleting minerals in the body.
