I have an app I use called “I Am”. It’s brilliant. I can choose the mood or issue I am going through and it has all the statements and quotes you want to affirm your mind that you can spark a light in you.
my favourite affirmations are:
- I accept love from myself
- Where focus goes energy flows
- When I look back to the past, I was always stronger than I felt.

Those affirmations make me feel restful.
