I do like it when a horse is well trained and does everything I want and does not react or get his ears pinned back and turns and trots and canters only at my command.

To be able to get that kind of horse ride is the process of consistent time with the horse.

3 fabulous reasons I ride

1. It’s a developed relationship

2. It’s a connection in a different language

3. It’s fitness on a different level

Challenging in that I must learn how to cue and signal and transfer what I want the horse to do. It is a different language

It’s exhilarating when I get a good ride in across the pasture.
