For indigestion issues I have a great smoothie to share here. It has saved me several times over the last 2 weeks.
The recipe is very complicated.
- 1 cup or so of water in blender
- 1 squeezed lemon or lime
- 1/2 of a green apple
- 2 large stalks of celery
- mint flakes
Crank up the blender or Ninja or juicer or whatever you have. The juice from the lemon and limes and green apple make the celery taste great! Very good for my stomach.
Green is good!
