improving Morton’s Neuroma

I have been working with and practicing these exercises for my Morton’s Neuroma for a year and a half.

They make a huge difference in pain and stiffness from a neuroma in between the toes. Mine is the 3rd and 4th toe and it is basically a tissue that got caught on a nerve between my 3rd and 4th toe.

I did stop using these exercises for 4 months as I was walking 3 – 4 miles a day last summer and late fall. My neuroma after that stiffened up so much I could hardly walk. I went back to daily foot work with these 2 videos.

I am waiting to have this neuroma fixed or removed surgically but that is not for another year yet.

Just sharing what is keeping me walking and doing the things I enjoy because of the improvement by doing these stretches for the toes and foot.

I am thrilled I can still keep walking but not as much as before. I listen to my feet. It was a big decision to have it surgically removed so I will have faith that it will be a very good thing.

I have read about the Mortan’s Neuroma and how all the “fix-its’ I can do to get rid of it. I wear orthotics in my boots, shoes, runners and it is a challenge to get all my close toed shoes and even sandals to be comfortable for me.

My Neuroma is pretty good right now, but , wearing any kind of boot, runner, sandal with support is hard on it.

Keep walking and stretching and listening to your feet. Hope this helps for some of you. These videos are great!

    1. Hi Sarah! I had never heard of it either until I was diagnosed with it. My doctor says its quite common.

      2. thanks! I am guilty of bad shoe wear in my early adult years. Skii boots were my biggest issue
