1. Get 20 minutes of sun on your face
2. clap your hands to change the energy in the room
3. Go for a 20 minute walk
4. Close your eyes for one minute
5. Go to a flower shop(Tommy’s Puppet Lab)
These are things I do to keep grounded and it refreshes my perspective.
It is healing to my spirit and my stress and mental stability.
Do you want to know my favourite out of this list? It is the flower shop browsing and smelling, my nose and breath are happy when I see plants and flowers that are lovingly available to me to take home or just to look at.
Do you know what the hardest thing for me to do on this list is ? that 20 minutes of sun and it’s best if it’s from the sky if not available there are light therapy lamps.
