I am clamping down on feeling stressed about this question every day.
No more. Planning and prepping is all good and works like a d%@mn!
BUT…the big but
Sometimes, more than not I don’t know what is available for supper so it goes out the darn fence and into the pasture.
I am making bison burgers tonight and using just pita bread for a bun.
Tonight there is a plan.
I would like to change that question to what is in the fridge that is available to put on a balanced meal for our dining experience this evening?
If I can’t answer that then it’s time for a trip to the grocery store. Or maybe a healthy take out choice, curbside pickup.
Do you know what is for supper tonight?
