are you supported?

I am in the process of healing my back. I thought it was a sacroiliac joint dysfunction and then I thought it was also a piriformis (syndrome glutes too tight). I checked out my sciatic as well.

I have practiced several great mobility and stretching movements these past 2 weeks.

I am 90% recovered, EXCEPT; my pelvis on my right side is pulling and pulling and pinching me.

I am relating it to my scar tissue on my bikini line that are there from 2 c-sections and a hysterectomy surgery(s). The yoga stretches I was doing are too much for that area as their are no muscles around that scar line.

This area gets pulled and pinched throughout my life and I seem to forget to go gently with it and then I end up with that pulling in my pelvis.

What challenges come up for you when exercising ? Pay attention to things that don’t feel right for you.

This exercise ball is so soothing and gentle when I use it for my supported push ups and back stretches. It’s a great tool.
