The Flash Speaks

If only I had a hired cook

to give that person the ingredients

to create food, treats

that are nutritious

and to please all of us this season

even if there is only 3 at our table

oh the pleasure of watching someone

prep the food and put it all together

hmmm

this is not realistic

but it is wonderful to wonder

if

I could ever have that

The only luxury I have had so far is it took 7 minutes to put up our Christmas tree and

the lights were all intact on the branches. Hallelujah!

Maybe another time in my life I will hire a chef and have them come into

my kitchen and do magic while I sit in my recliner and cozy up to a book.
