Here is how to get a good sleep

I drink lots of water before 6 pm. I drink 9 glasses. Then my bladder has the whole evening to let it all go! (ha ha)

I do my stretches in the evening.

I write down my fears and worries before I hit the pillow!

I really don’t have tips for YOU on getting a great nights sleep. You have your own sleep thing (good or bad). So…. let’s just find some words that describe the things I need to assist in my good night’s rest.

perfect weighted bedding

brown is my sleep colour

my pillow is a cloud

leave a little light on somewhere

take a deep breath in and out

My worries and fears are written down somewhere from today

Nighty night!
