Righting the Writing Diet (part 2)

Progressing…progressing….writing down the foods I eat all day for 7 days and the emotions that have presented itself are: bored/lonely, tired. I need more rest. I am discovering I need to focus on doing a better job of mundane household tasks. Listen to music more and use the Bose sound system to amplify.

My journal was messy and fast writing but the past couple of days I am writing neater (acceptance of the process).

Onward forth!
