We eat bison meat quite a bit and this is my recipe for bison burgers.
- shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cut up onion
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsps Montreal Steak Spice
Mix all together and make into patties and BBQ!
It is a little heavier burger and one is enough for me. The meat is so very very lean.
